F.A.Q.

- May I use this in stream?
Yes! Any asset I draw, whether it's an emote, a chibi, a model, etc., they are absolutely free to use in your streams or for any digital promotional material you would like to use it for. This is why I provide transparent versions of commissions as well.- Can I make stickers, keychains, or buttons with this image?
You can absolutely use my art for merchandise designs. However, if you are planning on doing that, please do let me know so we can work out a commercial license (Additional $10.00 on top of your commission price.)- Do you do overlay commissions as well?
While I did create my own overlays in my streams, I do not publicly offer any overlay commissions. However, if you would like some help with any overlays, please DM me and I can work on a case-by-case basis.- Can you draw me something for free?
Unfortunately, I cannot. It wouldn't be fair for me to give out free art while others are paying! However, if you are really into free art, come to our stream often enough and you can save your parade points (our loyalty point system) up for a free chibi! Additionally, we will sometimes host art request streams, so plan to pop in on one of those and I may be able to sketch you something!- Do you still do Garfield emotes?
Yes, I do. I just do not publicly advertise them!

Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.
Follow the rules provided in each commission type, listed below the type in my carrd.
NO NFT or AI usage is allowed.II. PAYMENTAll commissions must all be paid at half or full upon rough sketch approval. If half, the other half is required as the final proof is delivered.
If you are commissioning a large order, payment plans are available on a case by case basis. Please inquire about plans if needed.
The currency accepted is USD and only through Paypal. If you are not in the USA, you can use Paypal to transfer your currency to USD during payment.III. PROCESSWork In Progress will be delivered to the customer in 2-3 phases. Initial rough sketch, base color (sometimes may not be sent if you have a very clear color reference), and final color.
Additional WIPs may be given on a case by case basis as well if I the artist, wonder something about the commission.If you order multiple artworks, your 2-4 work window for completion may be extended to longer.
For example, if you commission 7 emotes or multiple chibi works, the work time may be extended to a month and a half.The time for your commission to be completed is 2-4 weeks, but can be up to 3 months depending on many factors such as;
Health, order of commission, amount of items commissioned, complexity, and additional jobs.If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified and communicated with throughout the process.IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONI will do everything I can to make my clients happy.
However after a commission is finished, I can only change so much. I will give plenty of opportunities to change and alter the artwork in the process, so please be sure to catch any changes you’d like made as soon as you can.Large changes may include an extra charge. Things like color alterations are still possible at the final stage of commission, so please do not hesitate to ask.Emotes may be altered ANYTIME after commission is completed, even after a long time. This will not be a redraw, but if you need slight additions or color alterations to reflect your current character changes, please contact me. However, things such as outfit change, hair style alteration, or different eye styles would need to have a new emote entirely.V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYI, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself with in any place or site.
Publish books with.
To display it anywhere to my liking.
Post it wherever I want.The commissioner are allowed to;
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use and for streaming/performance asset use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art for personal use, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
WITH COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE PURCHASE, create merchandise with the commissioned artwork.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement:Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially without purchasing a commercial use license (additional cost of $15)
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures if added.
altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICYI have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after artwork is shown and proven to be in process and/or payment are received.
If the rough sketches have not been sent yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.If you file a chargeback against me, your right to the artwork will be retracted and you will be publically blacklisted.
You will forbidden to ever commission me, MELLO/Mellosoda, ever again.
